We are well accustomed to Agile methodologies. Where ever we have a choice we prefer to use a combination of Scrum (planning / tracking) / XP (engineering practices – tdd, continuous integration, refactoring).

We are also constantly on the lookout for newer tools / technologies that help us be more productive. We spend quite a bit of time on researching / learning about them and can get upto speed very quickly. The team members in addition to having a rich experience in specific Java / J2EE technologies also have a sound understanding of the underlying fundamental prinicples / patterns.
